We welcome you to our Guest House and wish you an enjoyable stay in the Tampa area. This location is very centrally located and we enjoy easy access to all of the corridors that lead to all points of interest. We now offer this 1923 Garage Apartment to provide you with a cozy and comfortable stay while still enjoying our enchanting property. We live on-site in the main house and if not at home we can be reached by phone. Located 5 mins from Bush Gardens and Lowery Park Zoo.15 mins from the finest medical centers - USF, Moffitt Cancer Center, James A Haley VA and Tampa General Hospital. 10 mins from sports and concert venues - The Forum, Raymond James Stadium, George Steinbrenner Field, the Amphitheater at Florida State Fairgrounds, and the Straz Performing Arts Center.The beaches are just 30 minutes away and the Disney World and Sea World attractions can be reached in as little as 45 minutes.

“An Amazing Birthday Experience”

When I first booked this trip I was a little apprehensive about the owners being on the property, but it turns out that was actually an advantage to our trip. Christie and Stuart were simply the best. They gave us all the privacy in the world, while being very helpful whenever we needed directions or restaurant recommendations. We stayed for the weekend and are definitely going to stay here on our next trip to Busch Gardens. Our room was clean, cozy and comfortable. I would recommend my friends and family to stay here, so I know anyone would enjoy the same experience I had. Thanks again!
