This ground floor studio apartment is in the village of Polgooth near to Mevagissey and can sleep two people.Chapel Green Studio is a lovely ground floor studio apartment situated in the village of Polgooth just five miles from Mevagissey in Cornwall. The cottage can sleep two people in one double bed. Also in the studio is a kitchen with dining area and sitting area together with a family shower room. Outside is off road parking for one car and a private patio with furniture. Chapel Green Studio is ideal for a romantic break and for exploring this delightful part of the country.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Patios with furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Adults and infants only. Note: Shared Indoor Pool (which is heated all year round)for Guests use only.
