Professionally Decorated Condo in Avalon at Clearwater complex.

This condo is everything you need for a family up to 6. These spacious suite features two appointed, separate bedrooms.

The condo is only 3 miles away from the one of the most beautiful beach - Clearwater Beach. The condo it is on the third floor of a walkup inside the Avalon at Clearwater, a quiet gated community and features club house, heated pool, gym and free parking. Please note that the building does not have a lift.

The condo itself is spacious and well laid out with 2 bedrooms/bathrooms and the living room in between which provides lots of privacy.

The condo has high vaulted ceilings and has a balcony that is perfect for enjoying the Florida weather.

It Includes free 100 Mbps Wi-Fi, as well as TV service with HD channels.

The condo is close to groceries and other amenities and a short drive to downtown Clearwater and the beach.

For your trip to the beach : beach cooler, beach umbrella and portable chairs are also available for guests use.

Notes:

* The buildings of The Avalon complex do not have elevators.

* For everyone's safety we have an outdoor surveillance camera covering the front door.

The complex is only 3 miles away from beautiful Clearwater Beach which has been consistently and constantly rated as one of the Best Beaches in America. It is conveniently close to Dunedin, Largo, Indian Rocks, Tampa, Tarpon Springs, Honeymoon Island, areas of Florida which have lots of attractions and history.

How do damage deposits work?

If Cristian and Cristina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
