This is a recently refurbished modern style 6 bedroom villa located in Casa de Campo, on the beautiful south coast of the Dominican Republic. The unique design is perfect for groups and families to spend time together in a stunning setting.

Three bedrooms have 1 king size bed each and three bedrooms have 2 queen size beds each. Each room has a full bathroom, a walk-in closet, AC-inverter and roof fan, cable TV.

The living room is very spacious with four sofas perfect for relaxing and reading, cable TV room with soundbar.

The villa has a beautiful outdoor swimming pool and heated Jacuzzi.

Your rental includes a chef to prepare your meals (breakfast and lunch, excluding food and drinks), four waitresses, a driver / butler and a gardener and concierge, barbecue.

Staff hours are from 7am to 5pm.

Also included are three golf carts: a four-person electric golf cart, a six-person electric golf cart, a four-person mechanical golf cart (fuel not included) and a Porsche Cayenne car available inside Casa de Campo and driven only by our driver (fuel excluded).

Los Lagos 16 is located near the beach of Minitas (5 minutes walk)

The courtyard is quite spacious and has a view of the golf course (hole 14) and the lake.

The service must be booked at least three days in advance.

The all-inclusive is ONLY in the villa and not in any of the resort's restaurants or bars.

You can use all the facilities of the Casa de Campo Resort when you stay in the villa as if you were a hotel guest, there is a city tax of $ 25 / adult (aged 15 and over) per day

During the period of Christmas, New Year and Easter, the prices of extra services will be subject to an increase of 20%

The maximum number of guests is 12/13 including children.
