Implanté dans l'est du département de l'Aveyron, votre lieu de résidence se trouve idéalement situé par rapport aux principales excursions: Laguiole et l'Aubrac au Nord, les Gorges du Tarn, Millau et Roquefort à l'Est, les lacs du Lévézou, les Templiers au Sud, Rodez, le musée Soulages, et Conques à l'Ouest.
Au gré de vos excursions vous aurez l'occasion d'admirer nos "plus beaux villages de France" (10 en Aveyron - 1° département français). Pour le sport ou pour cheminer (à pied, à vélo, à cheval...), notre campagne est réputée pour ses grands espaces naturels et préservés. Avec le musée Soulages, le site de Conques, nombre de musées, festivals et autres récitals, la culture n'est pas en reste. ...
Et cela se termine souvent autour de la gastronomie ! Et quelle gastronomie (vous jugerez… ! )
A Gagnac, le gîte occupe une maison de village en pierre, qui s'ouvre sur une agréable et vaste terrasse en bois : immersion totale dans la campagne environnante avec une large vue panoramique sur la foret des Palanges. Sans vis à vis, en bordure de village: calme total assuré.
A l'intérieur, la pièce de vie donne de l'originalité à ce gîte qui mêle une décoration contemporaine aux éléments rustiques (poutres, pierre, meubles anciens revisités). Hébergement indépendant, sur 2 niveaux.
2 chambres (1 lit 140, 3 lits 90, lit bébé), salle d'eau (lave-linge), cuisine (lave-vaisselle), séjour (canapé, fauteuils, poêle à bois, télévision), salle de jeux, de détente ou de lecture (canapé BZ 140, télévision), équipements bébé (chaise haute, baignoire, chauffe biberon). Chauffage complet électrique, poële à bois contemporain. Terrasse totalement close (50 m²), salon de jardin, plancha, terrain engazonné non clos (150 m²) et parking privatif, équipement accueil cyclo.
N.B. Dans tous les cas de location, aux conditions tarifaires de base s'appliquent les modalités suivantes :
-ELECTRICITE : 0.16 € le KW au-delà de 8 KW par jour
-TAXE DE SEJOUR : 0.80 €/adulte/nuitée.
-LES ANIMAUX DE COMPAGNIE (propres et toilettés !) SONT ACCEPTES.
-OPTIONS :
* Bois pour le poêle : 8 € la caisse soit 60 € le stère.
* Location linge de lit : 10 € en 140, 8 € en 90, par lit (couettes et couvertures fournies)
