Ashley Bank comprises of two fully furnished and equipped to high standard cottages with all the home comforts you'd expect to find.

Our largest cottage, Ashley Cottage, sleeps 12:

- One double bedroom ensuite bathroom.

- Two twin bedrooms with shared shower room.

- Two family bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.

- Both family bedrooms have one king size and one single bed.

- All the bed linen and hand towels in the bathrooms are provided.

- Gas central heating.

- Two cots and two high chairs.

- One large sitting room with Sky TV, WiFi, DVD and music facilities.

- A cast iron gas burning stove in the sitting room.

- The dinning room seats 14 comfortably, with an extra side table to seat 16.

- Quick WiFi connection.

- A well equipped kitchen with a 6 burner gas cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher and fridge/ freezer, two sinks.

- Has all the home comforts you'd expect including a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and drying racks for wet boots after a long walk.

- Backs out onto a spacious, private three-quarter acre lawn and patio and BBQ area, including gas BBQ and Table Tennis Table.

- Swing set and storage box containing outdoor equipment such as balls, shuttlecocks and bats.

Our smaller cottage, Beechtree Cottage, sleeps between 2 and 4:

- Accessed across a small courtyard from Ashley Cottage.

- One double bedroom with ensuite shower room to sleep two.

- Fully equipped kitchen, including gas hob, oven, microwave oven and fridge/freezer.

- Open plan living room, kitchen and dining area.

- Ability to extend sofa in living room into a sofa bed to sleep a further two comfortably.

- Sky TV and DVD player.

- Quick WiFi connection.

- Gas central heating.

- Equipped with fresh, white bed linen and towels.

- We are now a dog friendly establishment, limited to two dogs unless via prior arrangement at an additional charge.

-We now have on site, exclusively for our guests use, a Large Spa Hot Tub, available at an additional cost, please enquire at time of booking.

- Ample parking for up to seven large vehicles.

- Beechtree is not rented separately to Ashley Cottage, ensuring privacy to all guests.

Getting around

Walking or cycling is the best way to get around, as we are located in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Alternatively, you can make a short journey to the Lake District to access all of the beauty that it has to offer.

We live on site, so we're usually available if needed. However, our property is completely separate to our cottages, and you are provided with a secluded three-quarter acre garden that is for the use of our guests only.

This house is great, well equipped and comfortable for a group of 7 Adults and 5 Children. We stayed here during the great Storm Dennis and thankfully the house was perfect for bunkering down in.

“Fantastic weekend”

We booked Ashley Bank as a surprise 60th for my sister . Everything about it exceeded our expectations. Max and Debbie could not have been more friendly and helpful. The house was very well equipped with everything we could possibly have needed. We took advantage of the barbecue and ate outside all weekend . The hot tub was an added extra , well worth it . All in all we had a fabulous time and would highly recommend to anyone

How do damage deposits work?
