Description

This is one of two luxury villas that are identical in layout and design, and can be rented separate or together to form a large 4-bedroom villa.

The white villa is set in lush tropical gardens. Its air-conditioned bedrooms feature 5* king-size hotel bedding and linen, as well as luxurious indoor-outdoor bathrooms. The villa is designed to be family friendly.

Guests will have full access to the villa, the private pool on the ground floor terrace, the large 16 x 4 meter lap pool in the garden, as well as their private roof top look-out under a traditional Balinese wooden bale.

2 minutes walk to the closest restaurant, 3 minutes walk to Kedungu Beach, 10 minutes drive to Tanah Lot Temple, Market and more Coffee Shops & Restaurants

Villa Butlers

​Our friendly and professional staff Evi & Eva who will look after your needs on a daily basis. They prepare your breakfast, make-up rooms, keep house and do a turn-down service in the late afternoon.

Complimentary Breakfast

is prepared by our butlers in your kitchen: Tea & coffee, toast, condiments, basic eggs of your choice or pancakes, bacon/sausages, fresh sandwich veggies, cereal/musli, cow milk, fresh fruit and a fresh fruit juice are included.

Meals at the villa / Cooking Service

Our butlers are happy to prepare any dish for you from our villa menu. Upon 12 hours advance notice they will shop fresh in-gredients, cook your meal, serve it family style and clean up afterwards. All you need to pay is a cooking fee of IDR200k (covers 4-5 people, extra people 50K per head) and the groceries bill.

Airport Pick Up / Private Driver

Free airport pick up is included with any booking of 3 nights or more. Airport drop off can be arranged (on request). Our villa driver can be booked for a shuttle service in the area to shopping and dining and half or full day tours across the whole island.

In-Villa sports & wellness services

Upon booking and for extra cost the following services can be arranged for you: private yoga sessions, personal training, in-villa massage and spa services

Pools

A 16 x 4m lap pool in the lower garden which is accessible to all villa guests. Two additional plunge pools can be accessed via the G/F level only and are for private use of guests renting this unit.

View

The best view is from our rooftop. Have a sundowner in one of our Balés and enjoy the sea and vulcano view and surrounding lush green rice terraces.

Fully equipped kitchens

Each unit has a kitchen with a complete basic equipment, dishes and tools. Gas stove, triple function microwave-oven-grill, water dispenser with free drinking water. Also basic ingredients like salt, pepper, sugar, oil, vinegar, soy sauce.

Entertainment

Some books & magazines, TVs with international TV program, DVD/CD player and Netflix. Board and card games.

Communication

Complimentary WiFi high speed internet access and local calls. Mobile phones with local phone cards can be arranged for our guests.

We have all essentials and necessities covered:

• baby cots, high chairs, baby bath, step stools, kids’ plates & cutlery, bamboo pool fence

• kids’ movie library, toys, board games, books, pool & sand toys

Anything we don’t have in-house we can hire on your behalf.

Our butlers adore kids and they will make them feel very welcome. Babysitting service by our butlers or professional nanny service gives guests flexibility and freedom for downtime and excursions beyond the villa grounds.

Getting around

The easiest way to get around in the neighbourhood is by scooter. The traffic around Kedungu Beach is very light and you can easily hire a scooter via our villa butlers and it will be delivered to the villa. Costs are around 5US$ per day. The closest mini market and coffee shop "Lenon's" is just a bit too far away to walk while a scooter gets you there in 5 min. The most convenient option is hiring a car with driver. Starting at about 30US$ for a half day / 45US$ for a full day incl. air-conditioned car (usually 6-7 seater), driver and petrol. Our butlers are happy to arrange a car for you, for day tours ideally with a day notice. Taxi service is available as well.

Our villa butlers and local management will take care of you during your stay. For any booking related issues we are available via e-mail and telephone during the daytime (GMT+8).
