The breathtaking view from Villa Stratos to green hills and a small river, the big yards and the impressive gardens with various sorts of palm trees, vine arbours, flowers and local herbs, as well as the private swimming pool with hydro massage and fountain, the wooden oven, the traditional fireplace and the plain design, make Stratos residence an ideal place to stay, in order to enjoy unforgettable holidays every season of the year!

Crete villa Villa Stratos is 140m2, settled with luxurious Cretan marbles and built in two levels. In the unified area of the ground floor there is a living room with traditional fireplace and satellite TV, dining-room, a full-equipped kitchen, and a bath.

The inner marble ladder leads to the first floor of Villa Stratos, with three wooden-ceiling- and air conditioned bedrooms (one room with double bed and two rooms with two single beds) and a marble bathroom with bath tub. All bedrooms have balconies, which lead to the spacious private place with the swimming pool.

Villa Stratos’s private swimming pool (4,5 x 9 m) and children pool (2,3 x 2,3 m) are 1,30-1,50m and 70cm deep. In the area around the pool, you can find many sorts of palm trees, fruit-bearing trees and flowers, as well as umbrellas, deck-chairs, towels and a shower.

Villa Stratos’s garden has a private kiosk with two stands and a table surrounded by vine arbours and a variety of flowers. This relaxing part of the Villa has also a barbeque place and a wooden oven where fresh bread and traditional dishes can be baked.

Villa Stratos is a private area, with an individual parking place, enclosed by rare-stoned fence and an automatic door. The bedrooms include air condition and central heating, and can accommodate up to 8 people.
