Beautiful 6 Bedroom house (4 beds including 1 large dressing room and 1 study) in fantastic location,
close to local amenities and shops,
centrally located, not far from Royal Cornwall hospital or A30
close to Truro City, close to nearest beach (Perrenporth) 15min drive, Falmouth and Newquay about 30min drive
nearest pub about 1/4 mile away,
Aldi, Spar, Sainsbury's about 1/4 mile away (really in walking distance)
ideal for couples, families etc.
Non-smoking house, if smoking inside house £1000 fine
No parties, no drugs
Dogs allowed if behaving themselves...

“Family Christmas & New Year in Truro”
Lovely spacious house just outside Truro. Plenty room for all the family(3 generations & 3 dogs). Would have appreciated second tv for granddaughter’s viewing. Great location for touring and local amenities. Weather could have been kinder so that we could have made use of garden and hot tub. The details regarding rubbish collection could have been clearer. Locals appear to have different coloured bags to accommodate recycling. We had quite a bit of rubbish after Christmas and apparently were very lucky to get a lot of it collected. Recycling indoors is clear but as it is all collected in black bags inside the designated bins seems a waste when put out for collection - hard to tell what’s what. Sorry we didn’t empty indoor bins - didn’t know where to put the excess rubbish. All in all we had a lovely time & would recommend the house to anyone wanting to see some of Cornwall

“Super Cornwall property!”
Lovely well-decorated house with comfortable and substantial furnishings throughout. We loved the wall lights, and the hot tub was wonderful! We were a party of 8 and there was plenty of space - we are all adults but there is a decent-sized garden for kids, and you pass a small playpark on the way into the estate. This property is conveniently positioned, you can get into Truro very easily and it's only 5 minutes to get to the A30 which forms the spine of Cornwall so nowhere is much more than an hour's drive away (depending on traffic). There is also a bus stop a couple of minutes' walk away, from where you can take buses both up and down the coast, so you could easily just use public transport. Apart from having to go home, our only negatives are: (1) as in a previous review the kitchen could do with another saucepan or two and a large baking sheet (I left a couple of small ones plus a basic cheese grater) and some more mugs and small glasses for when the dishwasher is on; (2) there should be 2 bedside tables in all double bedrooms; (3) we would suggest that the study be turned into another bedroom with a wardrobe and two single beds, to give more flexibility to the accommodation and/or one of the double beds being replaced by a zip and link bed so that two non-couple people can share a room but not a bed (my two adult sons weren't keen on the thought of sharing a bed so took it in turns to sleep on the floor) Having said all that, we had a wonderful time, had some of the best weather of the summer by all accounts, and would very much like to return in the not-too-distant future. It is definitely the best property I have stayed in in over 30 years of Cornwall holidays. Thank you very much.
