In this small village, the complete renovation of a farmhouse in 2009 allowed the creation of two houses whose "Shell" of a surface of 80 sqm. We are partners of the Tourist Office of Surgères "Aunis-Marais Poitevin" and we just got 2 ** star Tourist Board. It is designed for 4 people (one bedroom with a large bed for 2 persons, another with 2 single beds 0.90 m X 2.00 m) and is located 8 km from Surgères (TGV). Another cottage with a capacity of 7 people is available, allowing the reception of a group of 11 people. Quality equipment and comfort: It has in the part living room with a large window overlooking the nature - of a non-convertible sofa - TV 80 cm with satellite reception, stereo, reader DVD - wired internet (SFR) - refrigerator + freezer, toaster oven, microwave, hob, cooker, toaster, coffee maker and kettle - washing machine, iron and ironing board - BBQ, private terrace facing southwest with garden furniture, private access and enclosed parking, open on a large enclosed plot of 5000 sqm. Bed linen and towels, tea towels and towels are provided free of charge. Some products are present on arrival (milk, water, oil, coffee, tea, jam, cleaning products ...) A high chair and a bed of enfant.peuvent be loaned free of charge by appointment. Pets can not be accepted. The pool (10 m X 5 m) is shared with another gîte and owners. It is located in the Pays d'Aunis, northeast of Charente-Maritime, close to the department of Vendée and Deux-Sèvres. Chervettes is 8 km from Surgères town historical and architectural heritage to discover, stop station of the TGV (Paris-La Rochelle) 3 hours from Paris. You will be ideally well located to visit: - Niort and the Marais Poitevin (40 km) - Rochefort (20 minutes) and its many cultural sites, this city is also the home port of the Hermione - Charente-Maritime coast La Rochelle, Ile de Ré, Fort Boyard (40 km), Chatelaillon (35km) Fouras (40 km), Oléron (60 km) etc.
