Description

The house is located on the hillside above Finikas and 500 m from the seaside, southwest of Syros island. Its main advantage lies in its position: the blue sea of the Aegean that surrounds it is a real delight for the sight, where at night thousands of lights create a fairy tale spectacle. It’s a scenery of absolute serenity and beauty, with tiny houses scattered on the surrounding hills, a wave-less sea reminiscent of a calm lake and, far away, the cycladic islands surrounded by rocky islets.

The House has a total surface of 200 sqm on a single level and consists of two blocks linked by “a roof courtyard”. One of the blocks contains the master bedroom with en suite bathroom, a smaller bedroom with a smaller bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen. The other block consists of three double bedrooms with en suite bathroom, a living room with a kitchenette. The bedrooms have a fantastic view to the sea, there is also an outside pergola – shaded BBQ place. In front of the house on a separate level there is a water eco swimming pool (10m×4m) using the most advanced water purifying system. In the roofed courtyard there is a dining table and several sitting areas that allow the occupants to fully enjoy the Greek summer with all their senses.

We have created a functional relaxing house both suggestive and hospitable, invested by our aesthetics and our loving feelings, anticipating that your stay in it will remain unforgettable to you.

Housekeeping service 1 time per week.

Pool maintenance 3 times per week.
