Description

Rez de jardin indépendant dans la maison des propriétaires à 8 minutes à pied du centre ancien de Céret, proche de la Cascade. Séjour confortable avec un canapé-lit et une cuisine ouverte compacte toute équipée, un espace sommeil avec lit double et une SDB avec WC séparé. Une petite terrasse, couverte et un jardin privatif avec vues et mobilier de jardin complètent la location. Entrée séparée.

A partir de JANVIER 2021, la location de l'appartement sera possible pour une personne accompagnée de son chien (max 15Kg), entre janvier et mars , à des périodes bien précises que je communiquerai un mois avant ou bien en me contactant pour connaître les disponibilités. Une majoration de 50 euros/ semaine sera appliquée pour couvrir les équipements & services supplémentaires. La garantie de location remboursable sera portée à 400 euros pour couvrir d'éventuels dégâts. Un ROI adapté sera communiqué à la réservation ( plus de détails sur ceretlapetitecollinepointcom)

Equipement: TV, WIFI, frigo, radiateur électrique, plaque à induction, four micro ondes, ustensiles de cuisine et vaisselle. Des tentures, moustiquaire et volets vous assurent un sommeil réparateur. En matière de literie: la couette, les oreillers, les draps, les taies et couvertures sont fournis sur place ainsi que les serviettes. Le lave linge est mis à disposition dans la buanderie. Merci de vérifier la disponibilité par message avec la propriétaire.

Le logement est situé dans un quartier calme et résidentiel, il offre une jolie vue sur Céret et le massif du Canigou. A partir de la maison, il y a de belles ballades à faire, le sentier de la cascade est au bout de la rue, la piscine, les tennis sont à 2 pas.

La petite ville de Céret est connue pour son musée d'art moderne, son marché du samedi, ses nombreuses activités festives dès le printemps jusqu'en automne.

Période de location: d'avril à mi-novembre.

En haute saison (juillet, août) location du Vendredi 15h au Vendredi 11h afin de permettre la fluidité du trafic routier. Possibilité de changer le jour d'arrivée/départ.

Pour les cures thermales, des forfaits de 3 semaines sont prévus selon la période de location.

Gare TGV à Perpignan ( 30 km) Bus du Conseil Général à 1 euro vers Arles sur Tech; Perpignan; Le Boulou; Argelès; etc... L'arrêt le plus proche (7min) le rond point du Toréador. Possibilité de location de voiture à l'aéroport ou la gare de Perpignan, à Amélie les Bains (10 minutes de Céret); Piste cyclable Pirinexus entre Céret et Amélie. Aéroport à Perpignan-Rivesaltes (40 km);

Quand je suis sur place, je suis disponible pour des informations et conseils pour vous faire profiter au maximum de votre séjour. J'ai mis à disposition un livret d'accueil avec les numéros utiles ( commerces, restaurants, secours) ainsi que des informations sur les activités touristiques et culturelles offertes à Céret et dans la région . Depuis 2021, je propose des activités extérieures à faire avec des partenaires locaux à prix d'ami pour mes locataires (me contacter).
