Walk to Boone Park, Fishweir Park and the Shoppes of Avondale! Easy access to St. Vincent's Hospital, downtown Jacksonville, great quiet neighbors!

Large 1-bedroom with comfortable queen sized bed, dressers and closet (with iron and ironing board)

Flat screen TV, DVD player and nice couch with large ottoman in Living Room

Kitchen with full-sized fridge, stove, sink plus island with seating for two

Private back yard with patio area and 2 chaise lounge chairs

Private guest suite is fully furnished, stocked kitchen, linens, everything you need for your stay except the food!

Rental Agreement will be sent to you via HelloSign. Please complete within 24 hours of booking to confirm your reservation.

Pet friendly! Please no barking or scratching. All pet hair must be cleaned up prior to departure. The cleaning fee is very low and does not cover the cost to remove accumulated pet hair.

We allow well-behaved house-trained pets! Please advise on your pet's particulars (size/age/sex/breed and whether they are neutered/spayed) when you are booking. Additional pet fee required if you will have a pet.

PET FEE: Pet fee is $100 for stays shorter than one week; For any stays longer than one week the pet fee is $150/month

Pets must be treated before arrival with a monthly flea protection product.

Pet friendly, but please don't allow dogs on the furniture. If there are any accidents or damage done while you are there PLEASE let us know so we can resolve the problem before the next guest checks in.

Please clean up after your pet right away as it keeps everything clean and smelling good. $50 fine if you do not pick up your dog's waste right away.

Please do not apply hair dye at home during your stay.

The only window with a screen is the one in the bathroom. Please do not open other windows without a screen because bugs etc. could get inside. Both window units can function in either AC or fan mode so there is no shortage of fresh air.

We will wash sheets and towels after departure, but other than that guests are requested to clean up after themselves. If you have a pet please remove any pet hair prior to departure. We have a very low cleaning fee and appreciate if you would help us keep it low.

Getting around

Uber or Lyft are the best ways for getting around. There is also a bus stop a few blocks away. There are some great parks, restaurants and a deli within walking distance. Grocery store, starbucks, Panera etc. are just over a mile away.
