Response from the owner John, as i explained previously i was very sprry and this was a very unfortunate situation. For your information We as owners dont get any money until the guest confirms that they have check in. Flip key keeps the money until that point, the refund side is on Flip Key not me. On the other hand i got a $150 fine for the cancelation which i had to pay. You have no idea how very sorry I am about this
