Description

Our house is located in the northwest of the capital, Hanoi in quiet place, safe and convenient, cheap, you should stay at our house. We have 3 bedrooms for rent. Room 2 on the second floor. The rooms that have has a new, fully equipped to stay just like double bed, air conditioning, wifi, working desk and chair, a wardrobe with coat hangers, hair dryers, irons, desk lamp, electric fan, fireplace and separate toilet. All the furniture is very new. It also has windows has windows overlooking the street overlooking the street very airy, natural light. On the 4th floor of my house has a washing machine, sundeck for drying clothes. On the 1st floor there is a kitchen for cooking, refrigerators for hotel and living room. It is very close to the National Convention Center, go to Temple of Literature is the first university of Vietnam and Vietnamese museum of Ethnology about 3-4km. Our home is also very close to major universities such as the University of Foreign Trade, Diplomatic Academy, University of Transportation, University of Education, the University of Foreign Languages, and University of Medicine. The bus stop at Lang Road . is only 10 minutes walk from my house and there are lots of bus options using this. From my house only the old squatter at Hanoi takes bus 09, 35 about 20 minutes to arrive. From the airport to my house is about 28 km away, takes about 23 minutes by taxi. This area is full of trendy cafes, bar, fashion shops and restaurants. Walk a few minutes you will be Vu Pham Ham Street, Trung Hoa Street and Tran Duy Hung Street will have a lot of Korean restaurants, Vietnamese and American restaurants, Japanese and Chinese, depending on your choice and affordable prices are not expensive compared to the old squatter of Hanoi.

Getting around

My home from the bus stop at Lang Road is about 10 minutes walking. In our area transportation is very convenient for example: You just walk 60 meters to the street Vu Pham Ham take bus number 51 to the center of Hanoi. You walk 10 minutes to catch a bus No.09. There are many taxi companies in this area, if you take a taxi, the taxi will park right in front of the house.
