Great view of Mykonos,Delos and Rhenia.

The villa was build in 2006,renovated in 2016 and is located 10 minutes by car from the old port and main town of Mykonos, where all the shops,restaurants ,action and activity that has made Mykonos internationally known happens.

It is located towards the northern part of the island at the area known as Choulakia, which is the home of many of the island's most exclusive villas.

It has four bedrooms, all located on the ground floor facing an outdoor open space ,garden and sitting area.

On the upper level there is a living room , kitchen and an out door space ,which is made up from a dinning area(table sits 10 people),a sitting area (all covered with 100 square meters of chestnut log sun roof and furnished with light fabric Mykonian outdoor curtains that play with the breeze providing subtle relaxing motion and aesthetic pleasure), sun bathing chairs and another uncovered sitting area all around the overflow swimming pool which is fed from a waterfall flowing from a stone wall on one side of the pool.). The elevated swimming pool is overlooking the Aegean Sea, the town of Mykonos ,the islands of Delos and Rinia offering an unobstructed spectacular view. The view at night is equally breathtaking, you have full view of the brightly lit town of Mykonos and the vessels approaching the port under the subtle indirect lighting of the villa itself, while listening to your favorite music from the outdoor sound system.

This is an ideal location for those who are seeking a peacefully holiday with easy access to shops, restaurants and city life.
