Description
Splendid villa is a brand-new 2 storey structure of 200 sqm that is located in Darmarochori village, with magnificent views and modern design. The villa is ideal for large families, it is near the beach and it combines luxury and low price. Enjoy the unique sense of hospitality watching the blue waters of the Aegean. If you choose to relax in Splendid villa, the view of the mountains and the sea is incredible and slightly changes during the day as the sun moves across the sky.
The villa has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 living rooms,2 fully equipped kitchens and it can accommodate up to 12 persons. Actually, it consists of 2 seperate appartments, one in each storey. On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one more with 2 single beds. There are also 2 bathrooms, one with toilet and bathtub and one more with toilet and shower. In this level, there is also the cosy living room with LCD TV and a large sofa bed that can be converted into a double bed in order to accommodate 2 more persons. Finally, there is a fully equipped kitchen with the dining table in order to enjoy your meals all together.
On the first floor, there are 3 more bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms with large double beds and one more bedroom with 2 single beds. There are also 2 bathrooms, one with toilet and bathtub and one more with toilet and shower. There is also a large living room with cosy sofa, LCD TV and large cining table. In this level, there is also a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, refrigerator, oven and generally everything you need to prepare your meals. As you can see, the villa combines sea view and mountain view that you can enjoy from all the rooms.
Outdoors, in the middle of the garden, surrounded by trees, flowers and lawn, stands the 45sqm large swimming pool, which has a depth of up to 1,70m. However the swimming pool, it has also smaller pool, which is suitable for children. Moreover, there is also a BBQ, a comfortable outdoor dining area and a hedged parking place for at least 4 cars.

Splendid villa is situated on the hilltop of Darmarochori, a beautiful small village surrounded by fields of olive groves and vineyards. Its unique position offers panoramic views over the green hills and fantastic view over Kolimbari bay and Kamisiana sea front. Seven minutes by car from Kolimbari the center of the area, five minutes from the coast and twenty minutes from Chania. This luxury property is a rare combination of seclusion and at the same time being close to all kinds of amenities.
Kolimvari city, 2km from Splendid villa, is a small touristy resort of Western Crete. Kolimvari village is located on the main coastal road and has few shopping stores, very good restaurants and tavernas, few cafes and all kind of accommodations. Kolimvari has not a busy nightlife, although you can enjoy a peaceful village atmosphere and you can warm yourself with the Cretan sun and local hospitality. Platanias, one of the most famous and cosmopolitan destinations of the island of Crete, is just 9km from Splendid villa with many bars, clubs, shops, restaurants and everything you can imagine.

“Lovely rural villa”
