Description
’Elianthos Villa’’ is located in the historical village of Vamos in Apokoronas, in North-West Crete about 25 kilometers away from the beautiful town of Chania and 35km from Rethymnon.
Elianthos Villa is a relatively new complex built in 2003 that consists of two maisonettes as well as two apartments 45 and 60 square meters each. Natural materials such as stone and wood were used to build the complex.
Villa Basil is a maisonette . There is a large living room on the first level, with two comfortable sofa-beds, with a TV, a fully equipped open plan kitchen (with a microwave oven, a cooker, a coffee machine and a refrigerator with a freezer) and a bathroom with a shower. The stairs lead to the second level, which features a bedroom with two twin beds , an A/C, a safe-box, and a bathroom with a shower. There is also a private furnished balcony offering amazing views of the beautiful nature of Apokoronas and the White Mountains. Each maisonette can accommodate 6 people. Ideal choice for families with children.
A large swimming pool with a smaller one for children, is located in the middle of the complex. The swimming pool is surrounded by beautiful olive trees and wild flowers making it a perfect place for those who want to enjoy some ice-cold coffee under the shadows of the trees after a cooling dip in the water. Enjoy the sun and the beautiful nature, hear the sound of the crickets and relax in a beautiful environment.
A traditional stone-oven is right next to the swimming pool where Nikos will spoil you with his amazing cooking with a range of different typical Cretan dishes, such as roast lamb, grilled vegetables from our garden and many others. Have a shot of ‘’raki’’ (the traditional drink in Crete) and taste our amazing wine produced in our own vineyards. Enjoy our Cretan hospitality.
Situated in the heart of Vamos village, Elianthos Villa is an ideal choice for those who want a quiet and relaxing getaway with family or friends, close to most key destinations in a traditional environment.
