Description

Surrounded by a private park of green lawns and secular plane trees, the villa, (more than 800 square meters) it is exclusively leased to a single group of people. And 'furnished with paintings and antique furniture and is located on the banks of the Adige River in the town of Villabartolomea, of which the current owners of the villa were feudal lords since the fifteenth century. The villa is located in the heart of a rural environment of great charm immersed in the wide plains of the 'Great Veronese Valleys'. Here the three regions of Veneto, Lombardy and Emilia Romagna come together, offering attractions of great cultural, artistic and environmental. Ideal position for visiting cities and places of great interest such as Verona, Mantua, Ferrara, Vicenza, Padova, Lake Garda and the Po River Delta (all at a distance of no more than 45/70 km). And Venice is only about 100 km! An above ground swimming pool of 9m x 5 m. It is put guests from 15 June to 15 September.
