Villa Salonia is a characteristic and welcoming villa surrounded by meadows and by green hills. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Salonia you will enjoy a characteristic view of the Tuscan hills and of the greenery. Villa Salonia is 230 square meters (2475 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 10 km (6.2 miles) from Montaione, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 200 meters (660 feet) and a grocery store at 200 meters (660 feet). You will reach Villa Salonia from the parking area going up a short route that cuts through the garden and includes approximately four stairway steps.

To stay at Villa Salonia you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge inside the entrance gate. Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is 5.5 meters (18 feet) large by 8 meters (26 feet) long, from 60 centimeters (2 feet) to 1.2 meters (4 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and external showers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a thrilling view of the garden and of the hills. The pool is open from the end of April until the end of October.

Patio

The patio is 300 square meters (3230 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof and by an awning. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a nice view of the swimming pool and of the hills.

Garden

The garden is 500 square meters (5380 square feet). It is partly shaded by imposing trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a gazebo. In the garden you will find a children's playground. From the garden you will enjoy a thrilling view of the Tuscan hills and of the greenery.

Living Room

The furnishings of the living room are elegant and welcoming, and include two sofas. There is a nice fireplace. In the living room you will find a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet), an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden with a view of the hills through two French doors. The room also has three windows with a view of the garden. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Kitchen

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through a cased opening. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate two guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio and the garden. The room also has a window.

Mezzanine Level

In the living room you will find an open mezzanine level, without door. You will be able to access it climbing 15 steps. On the mezzanine level you will find a fitness area equipped with an exercise bike, a cross trainer and a home gym.

Bedroom 1

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the garden, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Bedroom 2

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. The room has a window with a view of the garden and of the hills, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
