Luxury studio for demanding travellers, a few steps away from the beach, in a colourful garden! Live your dream holiday in a refined environment and get the luxury you deserve at an excellent price!

Our spacious, seaside studio offers you every comfort, to make you feel at home away from home. There are new, functional furnishings, fully equipped kitchen and a private patio with sea/garden view.

Built in the traditional village of Milatos, by the beach –literally right on the seafront- our luxurious studio is ideal for couples and people who are looking for a holiday experience off the beaten track.

Your studio is 30 sq.m and consist of an open-plan bedroom, separate kitchen and a spacious bathroom. It is furnished with new, functional, modern style furniture (two single beds, bedside tables, desk, shelves, a comfortable sofa that turns into a double bend and a convenient wardrobe). There is a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, electric hobs and a large oven, a microwave oven, all the necessary appliances: toaster, coffee maker, kettle, iron / ironing board, hair dryer, blender, plates set, cutlery, all the necessary kitchen utensils etc.).

There is a free wi fi connection, a new technology television set and an ultra quiet air conditioner. There is hot water (solar panels) available, but also instant electric water heaters. Free linens / towels / blankets are provided and there is free parking. Cold table water and orange juice, tea, coffee, cakes and olive oil from our trees are offered to our guests, with no extra charge.

There is private separate veranda, equipped with suitable garden furniture. The studio is built amidst a lush garden of 350 m2 , with towering palm trees, fresh climbing vines, colourful flowers and two gazebos furnished with tables and chairs for the guests. Additionally our guest can use the washing machine, the BBQ and the outdoor shower.

There is a space with umbrellas and sun loungers for sunbathing and relaxing. Feel the warmth of the sun, sunbathing in our unique garden, accompanied by the sound of the waves!

The studio is located by the square, on the coastal road and next to the main beach, a few meters away from the supermarket, restaurants, shops, bus/taxi stop, picturesque beaches and within walking distance (less than 1 km) from the traditional village of Milatos. It is set in the "right" distance from the famous tourist resorts of the area (far enough to maintain the necessary tranquility and close enough so you can easily visit them by car, bike or on foot). It is ideally situated for easy access to popular tourist resorts, archaeological sites and areas of historical interest.

Visit the nearby resorts Sissi (with its famous harbour), Malia (popular for its nightlife), Agios Nikolaos (capital of the prefecture and one of the most visited cities in Crete with the unique Lake Voulismeni) and of course the picturesque Elounda and the well known all over the world little island of Spinalonga. If you feel adventurous you can enjoy an unforgettable day trip to the nearby little islands of Chrissi, Koufonissi, Psira or plan a day trip to the unique island of Santorini! Should you prefer tradition and history, you can visit Knossos, Archaeological Museum of Heraklion and Agios Nikolaos, Malia Minoan Palace, Dikteon Andron or Ancient Lato.
