House Peperosa holiday is a portion of a manor house, surrounded by greenery in a quiet and secluded place, with parking inside the proprietà.Dispone a large garden with barbecue, pergola for outdoor dining. The interior is made up of a large lounge equipped with parquet floors, fitted kitchen, with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, spacious bedroom and very cozy with parquet floors. The bathroom is large in size, is equipped with modern shower, hair dryer and linen .Disponibilità private washing machine inside the house The interior of the house has been completely restored with organic and non-toxic materials (slaked lime for the walls and natural wax oil for parquet). The property is located 50 meters from the sea, 10 minutes from the train station and town center, 5 minutes from the motorway. Nearby are: supermarket, pharmacy, post office, bank, newsagent, tobacconist, church, public parking. Very close to the swimming stadium and gym AS Gin. You can easily reach the archaeological sites (Etruscan necropolis in Tarquinia and Cerveteri, the Baths and the water park Ficoncella Aquafelix). To be paid in structure 2 Euros per person for a maximum of 3 nights
