Enjoy sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico all with the comforts of home in this lovely, fourth floor, end unit, 2B/2B condo sitting on a tranquil stretch of beach. Condo has been nicely renovated with a high end kitchen that includes quartz counters, custom wood cabinets, farmhouse sink, new stainless appliances, lots of storage, including a cooler for wine. There is a new full-sized washer/dryer, brand new hurricane windows and doors, sophisticated, comfortable furniture, fine art, and posh linens. You have water views from every room. With a balcony on each side of the unit and a floor plan set up as two masters this is a rare find. You can watch the breathtaking sunsets off the main living room balcony, fall asleep to the sounds of the surf from the first bedroom balcony, and wake up with the sunrise over the Intracoastal Waterway as you sip your morning coffee on the second bedroom balcony.

Walk for miles on the white sandy beach, dip your toes in the emerald waters, sit poolside and read an entire book, or write one, slow down and simply appreciate the warm sunshine. This condo is all about location, location, location. An easy thirty-minute drive from Tampa International Airport and you can get away from it all on this serene beach. Yet you are just minutes away from top notch restaurants, fun shopping, tourist attractions, fishing, boating, golf, biking, dolphin watching, site seeing, jet-skiing, parasailing, and year-round festivals. Five minutes from Clearwater Beach's Pier 60 Park and twenty minutes from the famous John's Pass Village at Madeira Beach. Just hop on the trolley that runs up and down Gulf Boulevard.

The condo mailbox is available for use (but you are responsible for forwarding mail).

Boutique building, assigned under-building parking, guest parking, elevator on south end of building, clubhouse, heated pool, gas and charcoal BBQ, workout room, pool-table, reading room, beach-side boardwalk, deck for watching sunsets, lush landscaping, and the Bellaire Beach Marina is just across the street where boat slips can be rented when available.

June 2018 -

Mont Martre is getting a complete refurbish. New roof, new plumbing, new paint, and steel and stucco repair. This is fantastic news! However, please note that if you are traveling this summer there may be some construction noise. In addition, we found out that there is a complete beach refurbishment starting in June as well.

The building and beach will be like brand new!
