Description
Epavlis Villa, is one of the oldest stone buildings in Kamilari village, located at the top of Ovora hill, at the northeast and highest point of the original Kamilari settlement. It offers panoramic views of Psiloritis and Messara Valley. The original house complex was the first historical building to be restored in Kamilari by our family for family housing purposes. It therefore keeps a traditional Cretan family house character, which we believe our guests will appreciate and enjoy!
The historical building offers a unique accommodation experience (it is and feels like a real home) while the yard offers unique panoramic views of the magnificent surrounding natural landscape of south Crete (it is and feels like real Crete).
Enjoy your coffee, lunch or dinner with peaceful and magnificent views of Psiloritis, Lassithi and Asterousia mountains, Messara Valley and Phaestos Palace. Feel and hear the fresh northern breeze, see birds flying around Epavlis hill, admire the unique sunrise and moonlight which has inspired Cretan culture since Minoan times!
The house has to bedroom in the second story and two couches in the living room for another 2 persons, so you can stay easily with up to 6 persons.. It has a kitchen with fireplace, a living room / dining room area with sofas, table and chairs, Sat TV & WiFi.
