Beautiful and romantic Cottage, hidden in the Botanical Park of San Liberato. Fabulous garden, swimming-pool, fantastic open view over the Lake of Bracciano and the countryside. Ideal holiday for lovers of Nature, rest, silence and privacy. At few km. the villages around the Lake of Bracciano offer all the possible one can desire. To visit the surroundings, rich in sportive, cultural and gastronomical surprises, it is necessary to have a car.

“A Hidden Gem”

My wife and I stayed here for 8 days in late July. We had one of the most relaxing holiday weeks we have ever had. From the moment we arrived with our dog we were all made to feel most welcome. The chalet is very comfortable. Nicely decorated and very well equipped. The dishwasher and Weber bbq were unexpected delights. Set in a huge and beautiful garden you are assured of peace and quiet. And the swimming pool is just fantastic. You can really swim laps if you feel energetic as it is a large pool. Or you can lounge in the shallow end on a well designed ledge keeping cool when you get too hot from sun bathing. The views of lake Bracciano are stunning, whether from the poolside or from the lovely patio in front of the chalet. The location makes it great for short trips to the lakeside towns that have great places to eat or shop. And slightly further afield there are many interesting places to visit. But quite honestly, we found it just so relaxing and well equipped that we only ventured out 3 times. We just didn’t want to leave the tranquility and comfort of our holiday hidden gem. I cannot end this review without a word of thanks to the owner. She has mastered the art of being there when you want or need her, but then leaving you to your own space. If you decide to holiday here you will not be disappointed. We will definitely be back.

Response from the owner Amir, Juliet and Zoe, their wonderful dog, where very special guests. I could feel they lived the place as if it was their one and they really were smiling and relaxed. Zoe us perhaps one of the sweetest and patient dog I ever met. It was love at first sight. I hope these very nice people will honour me and the Cottage with other visits.

“An oasis of calm”

I chose the cottage for its wonderful views of Lake Bracciano and the surrounding countryside. It was peaceful and relaxing. You definitely need a car, the drive up to the cottage is interesting. When you get down to the lake you have the choice of three lakeside towns to visit, all with water sports and beaches. The cottage is one large room divided into the sleeping area, dining and kitchen. I imagine it will be quite cold in autumn / winter so take the right clothes with you.
