Description

Recently refurbished 5 bed Villa which is actually 2 separate buildings set around the private pool so is ideal for larger groups of people.. Building one has 2 bedrooms en-suite, a large lounge and luxury kitchen with Island breakfast bar 3 meters long. Building two is 2 storey and on the ground floor two very large separate bedrooms en-suite whilst the 3rd bedroom is actually a self contained apartment apartment with en-suite bedroom sitting area and separate kitchen with table and chairs.It is very large about 80 square metres and has great views across the pool and surrounding area

Fully furnished and equipped these villas have been specifically designed for the rental market.and have everything you need for that special private pool Villa holiday.

At the entrance is a large electric timber gate and parking for 4 cars/ motorbikes. The main building has a great kitchen with massive breakfast bar and 8 stools around. Outside is a lovely terrace looking out over the garden and pool and there is a table here with 6 chairs (+2) for alfresco dining or drinks.There is also a small BBQ and the sunbathing deck has ample room for everybody.

The pool is about 9Mtrs by 4 mtrs, kidney shaped and is salt water. There is a seating area in the pool with Jacuzzi.

The villa is quiet and well positioned close to shops and restaurants but to get the best out of the Island I recommend you have some form of transport but we do haev a driver with a minivan who can take you wherever you want to go and his charges are reasonable.

Getting around

You can hire a car or motor bikes quite cheaply but if you prefer not to drive we have a driver who has a minibus and a large Fortuna saloon car who can take you wherever you want and his prices are very reasonable as we use him extensively

Interaction with guest

We live very close to the Villa and can be available when ever you need us. I will meet you when you arrive to show you around and offer some suggestions about restaurants beaches etc
