Amazing 4 BR 2 BA guest house on the ocean, walk or bike into the village of Bar Harbor. Mimimum stay 28-days
Built within the foundations of one of Bar Harbor's lost summer cottages--Point de' Acadie--this contemporary home has both a pebble beach and common meadow area on the point for picnicking, plus 270-degree views of the Bay. Wonderful ambience on the park-like, landscaped grounds, you will find that this is a very special place indeed. Enjoy beautiful views from first and second floor decks, lots of private wooded and lawn areas and one of the nicest sandy beaches on the island on the shore of Cromwell Cove. Explore the beach or relax on the decks. And it's only a short walk through the beautiful wooded property and along South Main Street into the village, with all it's shops, restaurants, parks and the picturesque harbor area.
First floor: entry foyer to open den/sitting area with water views; large kitchen/dining area; living room w/sliders to deck; double bed bedroom.
Second floor: second living room with water views and deck access; king bed master bedroom and ensuite bath; two additional bedrooms (queen BR & 2 twins BR) and shared bath. Water views all around.
LCD TV's in LR and two bedrooms, including Netflix and cable TV.
Minimum stay for this cottge is 28-nights, Saturday-Saturday only. No Pets. No smoking on the property. Linens and towels are provided.
