Situated a SHORT 5 min DRIVE from the cool emerald waters of SIESTA KEY BEACH, Nr.1. Beach in the USA. This tropical resort community of Sienna Park is a relaxing oasis under the warm skies of the Gulf Coast. My condos are good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

Getting around

Public transport (bus) run on Clark Road, go to Siesta Key, Downtown. The more convenient way to rent out a car as the distances can be big in FL.

Dear Guests, I am the owner of the condos and I have an assistant too. We work together to make your stay as convenient as possible. My condos have lock boxes, therefore, the check in process is very easy. Me&my assistant available via email or phone. The code and the phone number will be sent as an attachment in an access procedure file via email. We do our best to make your stay wonderful!

Very quiet, peaceful, and Comfortable beds, as you say. We send you specific photo gallery of the specific exact unit you booked. I rent my condos as a full-time job, so I am always available, anything breaks, like you mentioned the chair, if you let me know, immediately rectify all issues. Ceiling fan in living area YES. and you CAN use A/C as much as you like, no restrictions - note on wall only says lower temperature gradually, not all of a sudden to 60, so it does not freeze up the A/C unit, then we'd have to wait to defrost - note only helps to avoid inconvenience. Thank you! Yes, the next BEST thing after the Ritz! - well put, thanks!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Beya (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
