Apartment located in the 3 rd floor of Jansel court condominium . This property has 24 hour security with gate. Elevator there to access the apartment.

Apartment with 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and patio and with a full kitchen. This apartment has beautiful view of swimming pool and garden. Very comfortable King and Queen beds to rest and get a goodnight sleep. We have 55 inch flat screen smart TV to watch Netflix and you tube. This place location in the heart of down town and close to shopping and restaurants. Port Lucayan market place and beautiful shallow beaches 10 minutes by car.

The space

As you enter my residence, you will be greeted with a semi-open floor plan boasting a fully functional kitchen, dine-in seating for 4, an entertainment hub and a beautiful patio overlooking the pool. Tucked away are 2 bedrooms making your stay as relaxing as possible.

Freshly minted granite, stainless steel appliances, cookware and the array of utensils are staples to this kitchen. You can prepare a beautiful meal, or heat up some leftovers with ease.

Beautiful bamboo place mats and our blue dinnerware will make your at home dinner experience restaurant grade.

Lounge comfortably in our deep seated sofas, whilst watching Netflix or playing some tunes on Youtube.

You can enjoy breakfast, play some games (Uno & Dominoes provided), or have a formal dinner overlooking the garden and pool from our patio.

The master bedroom houses a comfortable King bed. Take your clothes out of the suitcase, and hang them up in the closet or fold them into the dresser. We also provide you with an iron and iron board just incase anything wrinkles up through traveling. The master has access to the patio and to the living space. It also has an ensuite bathroom.

The second bedroom has a Queen bed. We also provide hangers and a small dresser for your use. The smaller bathroom has a standing shower for those quicker washes, whist the larger bathroom has a tub for soaking.

Each area in the house is well lit, and ceiling fans are throughout the condo. Additionally, there are 2 air conditioners; one in the living room, and one in the master bedroom. Extra sheets and towels are located in the linen closet between the 2nd bedroom and bathroom. I have also included 2 pool towels for your use, which are located in a bag in linen closet.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire unit. The Garden, Pool, and Lounge Area are also accessible. Additionally, there is a Laundry Room for your use. It is located a few feet from the pool. Here you will need to use tokens and/or quarters (American only-$2.00) for each wash and/or dry.

Please be aware that the closet by the entrance houses some personal items, and cleaning supplies. If necessary you can use the broom, mop, dustpan etc to clean up small messes.

Interaction with guests

Unfortunately, I reside primarily in New York City. If I am on island while you are, I will make it a point to greet you. None the less, I am available at all times over a phone call or text message.

Other things to note

I hope to have succeeded in bringing a sense of relaxation to my home through its decor. Please be sure to treat my home as you would yours.
