Three-room apartment 150 meters from the sea and 100 meters from the metro station that allows you to reach: Rome in 20 minutes, the excavations of Ostia Antica in 10 and the nature reserve of Castel Fusano in 2 minutes The apartment consists of: entrance hall equipped with a very comfortable double sofa bed and standard size (160x200), a double bedroom, a single bedroom, open kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The house is located in the area of the polar star, quiet and quiet near all the primary services (supermarket, bus stop, bar, bazaar, metro, etc ..) with elevator and balcony, is on the second floor and is completely renovated with quality materials. At guests' disposal there are: TV, washing machine, hairdryer, air conditioning, wi-fi, crockery and linen. On request and at no extra cost, a cot can be added for children under 3 years. The Lido of Ostia is the sea of Rome, a quiet area on a human scale where it is possible above all to spend some nice summer evenings among the dozens of places scattered along the seafront. In particular, the "Stella Polare" area enjoys an attractive location close to the best bathing establishments in Rome and one of the most beautiful beaches; also the apartment is near the beautiful pedestrian area full of day and night life. The apartment has been designed for 5 guests, but if necessary you can add a cot in the smaller room.
