This reverse level cottage is situated within fifty feet of the slipway at Falmouth and can sleep four people in two bedroomsSlipway Cottage is a reverse level property situated within Falmouth and overlooking the slipway. There are two ground floor double bedrooms, both of which have zip and link beds to become twins. One with en-suite shower room and also a ground floor family bathroom. Sleeping a maximum of four adults. The first floor kitchen is well equipped and the open plan living area is bright and airy with balconies and stunning views over Falmouth beach when the tide is low. The sitting area is comfortable and spacious. There is parking for one small car in a garage, under the property, with a tarmac surface. This is a lovely holiday home to come back to time and again at any time of year.
Amenities: Underfloor and electric central heating. Electric oven and gas hob. Microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and separate tumble dryer. TV, Bose sound system, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot available. Steep incline to access the main street. Off road parking for 1 car (there is a private garage - access is 2.12m wide by 2m high) beside the courtyard for parking one car. Sorry no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and beach 5 mins walk. Note: No pets and no smoking. This property has a GHB of £500

Pendennis Castle, built by Henry VIII, is Falmouth's most popular attraction, sited on its own peninsula with superb panoramic sea views. Across from Falmouth harbour is the beautiful town of St Mawes, surrounded by the rocky coves, sandy beaches and lush green countryside of the Roseland Peninsula. Go there by car (15 miles) or take the passenger ferry from Falmouth (15 minutes). For nature lovers there is the Swanpool Nature Reserve, a lagoon and site of special scientific interest teeming with a variety of wildlife. Falmouth offers such a rich variety of landscape and attractions for people of all ages, it is sure to tempt you back time and again.
