Traumhaftes Ferienapartment in historischer Villa in Garda am Gardasee.
Es erwartet Sie eine traumhafte, modern ausgestattete und klimatisierte Ferienwohnung in einer der schönsten historischen Anwesen in Garda.
Das Anwesen liegt zwischen dem historischen Ortskern Garda und dem „Punto di San Viglio“.
Sie residieren in dem historischen Haupthaus des Anwesen in mitten eines wunderschönen Parks mit eine Fläche von über 22.000 m²
Der Park, von dem sie einen wunderbaren Seeblick genießen können, ist eine wirkliche Oase der Ruhe.
Im mittleren Teil des Parks findet sich ein sehr großer Pool mit Duschen und WCs.
In der Nähe des Haupthauses wurde ein schöner Grillplatz mit Blick über den See angelegt.
Sie genießen eine Privatsphäre die andere Anlagen kaum bieten können, da sich in diesem Anwesen nur 11 Wohneinheiten befinden und da Park und Pool zur ausschließlichen Nutzung der Bewohner bestimmt ist.
Sie haben in der unmittelbaren Nähe einen Zugang einem der schönsten Strände am Gardasee.

Die Wohnung:
Die Wohnung teilt sich auf 3 Zimmer auf und befindet sich im 2. Obergeschoss / Dachgeschoss.
In 2017 wurde die Wohnung komplett renoviert und vollständig neu eingerichtet.
Aufteilung der Wohnung:
Es gibt ein „Eltern“-Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett – ein weiteres Zimmer (Kinder) mit einem Stockbett, eine Wohnküche mit einer Schlafcouch und ein Badezimmer.
Ausstattung der Wohnung:
Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Gasherd, Mikrowelle mit Grill / Ofen, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Espressomaschine, LED TV, Stereoanlage, Sonnenliegen und Schirm, eigenem Gartentisch mit Stühlen – insgesamt voll ausgestattet mit allem was für einen entspannten Urlaub nötig ist.
Die Wohnung ist klimatisiert.
Es stehen Ihnen in der Anlage 2 Parkplätze zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnung eignet sich somit für Familien mit 1 bis 3 Kindern.

Die Lage:
Das Anwesen liegt wenige hundert Meter (ca. 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß) vom historischen Ortskern Garde entfernt.
Vom Tor des Anwesens trennen Sie vom Stand des Gardasees nur wenige Meter.
Bis nach Punta San Viglio sind es ca. 25 Minuten zu Fuß.
Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind optional und nicht in Preis enthalten. Bei Bedarf bitte Bescheid geben. (Kosten - 17Euro pro Set pro Aufenthalt).
Kosten der Endreinigung 50€
Kurtaxe für Erwachsene ohne Ermäßigung 0,8€ pro Tag.
