- County law: During sea turtle nesting season from May 1 to Oct. 31, Blinds MUST be lowered at night for all ocean front facing windows. Fines up to $1K per window
- Rinse sand off your feet and remove sand from beach towels before entering condo
- Indoor parking has only 1 reserved spot
- Balcony door MUST be locked at all times & keep all windows closed
- No more than 6 day guests visiting per day
- Please keep condo clean and be mindful of noise level

How do damage deposits work?
