Our luxurious Willow Ave guest house located on the banks of the River Erne offers the holiday maker and fishing enthusiast the highest of standards in self-catering accommodation with the most stunning views over the river and marina. Willow Ave is three bedroom bungalow accommodating up to a maximum of six guests in a king size double room with en-suite, a double room and a twin room and a family bathroom.

It is equipped with all a guest would need to make you feel at home such as a fully equipped kitchen, lounge with comfortable sofas and a large flat screen TV, private entertainment area with BBQ, and free Wi-Fi throughout The house is ten minutes’ walk from the fishing village Belturbet offering a large choice of good quality pubs and restaurants.

“Short stay in Belturbet”

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Belturbet. Highly recommend this rental property. Clean modern and has everything you could possibly need. Location is great right beside the river and a 5 minute walk takes you into town to the shops, bars and restaurants. Kevin was a great host and responded promptly to any messages that were sent. Very professional service.

“Recent stay at Willow Avenue.”

My daughter, step daughter and I stayed at Willow Avenue from 25th July to 1st August. I found booking the property very easy and any query that I had immediately answered by the manager Kevin Carrihill. On arrival we were met by Kevin's wife who was so pleasant and friendly making us feel very welcome. The house is lovely, very modern tastefully furnished and decorated and immaculately clean, well equipped with everything one could possibly need during ones stay.The outlook from the house is lovely overlooking the river and marina and just a few minutes walk into Belturbet. I would highly recommend this house to anyone interested in hirering a property in the Belturbet area.

“Fantastic Stay”

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful holiday home. It had all the amenities we could ever need and was extremely cosy with a stunning location. Would recommend it highly to anyone wanting a quiet getaway in a quiet but lovely town!

“Highly recommended holiday home”

This house is very comfortable, light, spacious and spotlessly clean. It is tastefully furnished and decorated to a very high standard. It has great views over the river and marina. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend this property.

“Perfect holiday home”

The location is amazing overlooking the river and the marina. This is a wonderful property superbly equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing holiday. The local shops are within easy walking distance and there are excellent pubs serving very reasonably priced meals. Would definitely stay here again.
