Round Here is located in the gated community of Great Abaco Club adjacent to the Abaco Beach Resort and Boat Harbour Marina.
This exclusive community is great for boaters. Dock a 35’ boat right in front of this home for secure deepwater dockage (6’+/- LWD) easy jump off to the outer cays for day trips or deep sea trolling and bottom fishing.
Three bedroom two bathrooms in total. (Queen, Queen, 2 twins)
This pentagon shaped home offers lots of windows to enjoy the views as even though you are in the Canal community this home enjoys dual Sea of Abaco views also from various rooms and decks. Upstairs has an open kitchen, dining and living area. The master bedroom has a queen bed and en suite bathroom with full tub/shower combo, bathroom also opens to the living area. Upstairs opens to a spacious sun deck with lots of outdoor patio furniture to enjoy.
Ships style winding ladder leads to the second level below where there is a secondary sitting area and laundry room. Two bedrooms downstairs with a shared bathroom tub/shower combo.
The downstairs sitting area opens to a covered patio with a bar/grill area.
