Beautifully presented and great location. Perfect for a relaxing get away. Quiet location with a private beach, bar and restaurant. Hire of kayaks and paddles boards are available on the beach (weather dependant). This property has every thing you need to have a memorable getaway and it's the perfect place to explore Cornwall. We're just 45 minutes from Newquay Airport, 25 miles from The Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of St Heligan. Plymouths is a short 30 minute drive away and plenty more hidden treasures that Cornwall has rot offer.

“Great location with stunning views”
The communication from Colin prior to arrival was great, with lots of information including places to eat out . Millendreath Beach Resort is a great little find and feels off the beaten track, despite it being only a couple of miles from Looe which is a lovely little seaside town . The resort itself is a bit tired on first glance at the lodges from the outside, especially the ground level bungalows but do not let that put you off as once you walk up the steps to your accommodation the views are simply stunning of the sea and the hills on two sides. The lodge has huge patio doors from the living room and also the main bedroom leading onto a big secure patio with a table and sun loungers which is safe for children and dogs . Once inside, the lodge is bright , contemporary, and tastefully furnished and is adequately equipped with everything you need for a short holiday. Milk, and tea and coffee were provided as well as plenty of soaps and shampoos. The mattresses on the bed were great quality which for me is a must after a tiring day sightseeing, so every night was a good nights sleep. The lighting inside is great as the lights above the dining table could be switched on rather than the main light meaning on a night it was cosy and lovely whilst me and my son watched a Netflix movie after we had been out for dinner . It is a 5 minute walk down to the small beach which is simply lovely - clean, not touristy- yet had the added bonus of a beach cafe and bar, and a hut for hiring paddle boards . I walked down early every morning to sit by the sea and usually I was the only one there - blissful. It’s a 25 minute walk into Looe along the coastal path which is definitely worth a visit as it’s so pretty with winding streets, lovely little restaurants and a couple of great fresh fishmongers where we bought mussels for dinner one night to cook in the lodge . There were a couple of minor issues I raised with Colin the owner and he was quick to respond and fabulously receptive which I haven’t always found in the very many places I have stayed. Overall this lodge represents fabulous value for money given the views. I would definitely recommend it .

“Relaxing time with amazing views”
We - a family of four - spent five days in this great place. We really enjoyed ourselves. The appartment is beautifully furnished and the beds are comfy. A bigger pot and pan in the kitchen would have been helpful for us but except for that we didn't muss anything. We can really recommend this place!

“Beautiful villa stunningly gorgeous views!!”
We had an amazing week in this beautiful villa. Beautifully clean and everything you could possibly need. The balcony was fantastic with great sun loungers to take in the wonderful view. Great for our dog too with secure fencing . Already recommended. Thanks Colin
