This bright apartment is located in one of the most beautiful and quiet areas of Ostia, just 2 minutes’ walk from the beach and about 6 minutes’ walk from the train station (stop Stella Polare), which allows to reach the center of Rome in about 30-40 minutes. The strategic position of this apartment near the sea and not far from the city center of Rome makes this property the ideal place for those looking for a seaside but also cultural holiday.
The apartment is located on the third floor (no lift) and consists of two large double bedrooms, one with a lovely balcony overlooking the sea, a third bedroom with single bed, large living room with sea view, kitchen with balcony, and two bathrooms with large showers recently renewed.
The apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels, internet wifi, washing machine, air conditioning (placed in all bedrooms and in the living room) and fully equipped kitchen.
The neighborhood is residential and offers all kinds of services. Just a few minutes’ walk there are 2 supermarkets (one of them is specialized in organic products), a bank, restaurants, bars and pubs etc. Parking is free on the street and easy to find.
The Roman coastline is characterized by a sandy sea bottom and calm waters, some free beaches and some paying beaches which usually offers ba, restaurant, sun umbrellas, sunbeds, deckchairs and cabins for rent.
In front of the house you will immediately find a free beach and 2 beautiful private beaches. You will find lots of seafood restaurants and various bars, walking along the sea view promenade, they are perfect for refreshing yourself and relaxing by sipping a drink with your feet immersed in the sand!
Ostia is a large neighborhood, big almost like a city, that's why it offers many services. It also has a very nice and large pedestrian center, full of restaurants, pizzerias, ice-cream shops and various shops; the most sporty ones will not be disappointed by the beautiful bike path available along the sea. The wonderful ruins of Ostia Antica are only 3 train stops away and can be reached in only 10 minutes from the apartment.
Fiumicino Airport is also a short drive away and can be easily reached either by public transport or by car.
