1. All the photos are taken by my cameraphone, so what you see are what you'll get. Everything is honest.

2. Check-in time:

- The apartment is secured by security man and cameras so don't worry any bad happening or your late check-in time.

- You can check in ANYTIME after 2pm (even at night or early morning). Just notice me before and I will either give you a self-checkin direction or warmly welcome you if I am staying inside home.

3. Airport pick-up:

I am happy to greet you upon exiting customs at Tan Son Nhat airport (SGN) with your name on a whiteboard and then take you by a cheap and qualified taxi to the apartment. As its convenience, you don't need to be worried anything about the directions to get my place or whether you catch up the expensive taxi or not. Instead of worry 'bout it, you will have more time to plan your trip in hcmc, save time and money as getting my place.

This costs $25-$35 (it depends on time you arrive), which is payable in either USD or VND when you arrive at the apartment and includes translation, help with baggage, etc. This does not include the cost of the taxi.

*Please note that the airport is around 8 miles/13 km from the complex; so the taxi fare will be at $7-$10. Sometimes it's higher since your arrival time is in rush hours or late night.
