L'appartamento si trova accanto allo Skatepark di Ostia,
7 min a piedi dal mare con spiagge libere ed è circondato da pizzerie, supermercati, farmacie, banche, gelaterie, parco per amici pelosi.
In macchina si può raggiungere:
- l’aeroporto di Fiumicino in 15 min
- il Polo Natatorio in 11 min.
La fermata del bus è quasi sotto casa e vi porta al Lido Centro, da dove si raggiunge in treno:
- gli Scavi Ostia Antica 10 min, Piramide 30 min, Colosseo 35 min, Piazza S Pietro/Musei Vaticani 55 min.
Vi assicuro che troverete una casa molto accogliente, fresca d'estate con l'aria condizionata e calda d'inverno con riscaldamento autonomo. C'è la cucina fornita di frigorifero, forno, fornelli, microonde, bollitore e tutti gli accessori per poter cucinare e mangiare le prelibatezze acquistate al mercato o al supermercato vicino casa, aperto fino alle 21:00. Vi forniremo di asciugamani e lenzuola e in caso di soggiorni prolungati, provvederemo a fornirvi di un cambio settimanale.
Adatto per una famiglia fino a 4 persone, l’appartamento si trova al terzo piano con ascensore. E' arredato in stile moderno, l’ingresso è ampio, con un armadio rivestito in specchio, in salone ci sono i due divani (di cui uno è divano letto) , la cucina è a vista con la porta finestra che da sul balcone. La TV 42” è con CHROMECAST, c'è la connessione WiFi gratuita. Gli asciugamani per la spiaggia ve li forniamo sempre noi. Per chi vuole fare una bella colazione, proprio sotto casa c’è un panificio, per un buon caffè di fronte ci sono due bar.

The flat is in front of the Ostia Skatepark, only 7 minutes walking distance from the beach.
The bus stop is near thr flat. From there, you can go to Lido Centro, where you have the train that can take you to Ostia Antica (5 minutes) or Rome (30 minutes).
By car:
- The Fiumicino/Roma Airport is only 15 minutes away or you can take a bus (leaves every 20 minutes) from the Lido Centro train station in Ostia.
- The Touristic Harbour (Porto turistico) is 3 minutes away.
- The Fair of Rome is 15 minutes away.
Within just a few minutes walking distance you can find: supermarkets, an open market for local produce, pharmacies, banks, post offices, gelato shops, churches, parks for children and furry friends.
I assure you that you will find a very cozy, cool summer flat with air conditioning.. There is a kitchen equipped with fridge, oven, stove, microwave, kettle, washing machine and all accessories to cook and enjoy the delicacies purchased at the market or at a nearby supermarket, open until 21:00. We will provide you with towels and sheets and in the case of long stays, we will provide you a weekly change.
Suitable for families up to 4 persons, the flat is on the third floor with elevator, is designed with a modern style. The entryway is spacious with a mirrored cabinet. The living area is open space where there are two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed, a comfortably sized kitchen and a balcony. There is also WIFI connection. TV with CHROMECAST
In the case of small children, there is a sofa bed in the bedroom. There are two public beaches, one of which is perfect for children because the water is shallow. Beach towels are provided. For a great breakfast, we suggest that you go to the bread shop, Gli Artigiani del Pane, which can be found directly under the flat or choose from the two coffee shops just across the street.

Die Wohnung befindet sich vor dem Ostia Skatepark.
Geeignet für eine Familie bis zu 4 Personen, die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock mit Aufzug, verfügt über einen großen Flur, Wohnzimmer, Küche, Badezimmer mit Dusche, sowie ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett.
In nur 7 Minuten erreicht man "zufuß", zwei frei zugängliche Strände. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Pizzerien, Supermärkte,Apotheken,Banken, Postfilialen, Eisdielen, Kirchen und für den Tierfreund einen Park für die Fellnasen.
Vom Lido Zentrum aus ,erreicht man mit dem Zug, in nur 10 Minuten, die antiken Ausgrabungen von Ostia, in 30 Minuten die Pyramiden, sowie das Collosseum in Rom. In nicht einmal einer Stunde können Sie den Petersplatz, als auch die Museen des Vaticans genießen.
Mit dem Auto sind Sie binnen 15 Minuten am Flughafen"Fiumicino" oder erreichen das Messegelände Roms.
