Villa 5 étoiles en bord de mer
Villa de 170m2 située à 200 mètres des plages, des spots de surfs et du port de Capbreton. Cette grande maison conviviale est idéale pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis avec une capacité d'accueil de 10 personnes maximum. Entièrement rénovée en 2017, cette Villa classée 5 étoiles par le Comité départemental du tourisme, permet à chacun de bénéficier d’un espace qui lui est propre grâce notamment à une dépendance aménagée en studio.
Envie de se prélasser au soleil en toute intimité ? La Villa Saka dispose d’une piscine chauffée entourée d’une terrasse en bois où des fauteuils Fatboys et des transats vous attendent.
Pour les plus sportifs, les écoles de surf se trouvent à 200 mètres et 4 vélos sont mis à disposition pour les balades en front de mer. Plusieurs golfs à proximité.
Pour se reposer, le studio et la mezzanine sont des endroits où vous pourrez vous isoler pour lire ou faire la sieste en toute tranquillité.
