THE ENVIRONMENT: In the village of Sainte Eulalie en Born, between Parentis and Mimizan, 5 minutes from the lake and 15 minutes from the beach, this particularly quiet studio, adjoining our house, has been completely renovated this year. A 5 minute walk in the village, you will find a bakery, a supermarket and a market on Monday morning and Thursday night at the lake. The bike path linking the lake to the beach passes behind the house. All travelers are welcome to our home, whatever their origin ... THE STUDIO: The accommodation of 25m ² is composed of 3 rooms including 1 kitchen with dishwasher, 1 room of life with a double bed of 140cm and a bed extra 90cm for 1 child (+ 2 years supplement of 10 €) and a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. Bed linen and towels are optional (10 € per stay) The accommodation is fully renovated with quality materials and a decor in the current trends. The studio is very bright thanks to its large bay window and its 2 windows. A large fenced garden, a terrace and a large paved parking area are at your disposal for your vehicle and possibly a boat. An outside water tap and a barbecue are available. SERVICES: I am generally available at all times because I live next door, but I can miss a few days. I offer various services: -The movement of the nearest station (Ychoux-25km) for travelers coming by train = € 30 per trip (vehicle can carry bicycles) -VTC bike rental = € 10 per day per person -French breakfast (coffee or tea, 1 fruit juice, 1 fruit, 1 pastry, bread, butter, jam) = 6 € per person -A linen tour (8Kg max) with folding = 10 €
