Located in a secluded residential enclave of Rawai within walking range (half mile) of the shops, restaurants and night life of nearby Nai Harn village, this newly remodeled property consists of two separate villas overlooking a central pool with 5 en-suite bed/bathrooms. With lots of space, Villa #1 has 2 en-suite bedrooms, a large lounge and fully stocked gourmet kitchen featuring a polished granite breakfast bar with seating for 10. Outside Villa #1, a comfortable patio/terrace area overlooks the pool and is ideal for evening cocktails, semi-formal dining, lounging or BBQ. The second Villa has 3 bedrooms en-suite, 2 on the ground floor and a third upstairs in a self-contained apartment. The apartment has 1 en-suite bedroom/bathroom with steps leading down to a sunken sitting area with foldaway futon, suitable for child’s bedroom, 50-inch flat screen TV and a separate kitchen overlooking the pool, with refrigerator, hot plate, microwave, small dining table, sofas.

Notable features include: Secluded quiet neighborhood accessible to local facilities and only short (10-min) drives to the beaches, restaurants and bars of Rawai, Naiharn and Promthep Cape. Secure interior with BBQ area, completely private and sheltered saltwater pool, sunbathing deck and patio. Tourist centers and beaches of Kata and Kalama are only 20-minute drives and Patong nightlife is 40 minutes. To get the best out of your holiday we advise your own transportation but if you do not want to drive we have a local driver who will take you anywhere you want at reasonable rates. The property is ideal for large groups or even 2 families.

The villa is jointly owned by Keith Webster of Miami, Florida, USA and Brian Thompson who is a 10-year resident of Phuket and onsite manager. When not rented out, the property is used by the owners and their families for vacations and events. Brian also owns another 4 BR pool-villa that is located immediately next door to this rental. Brian oversees the rental, he is well-connected with the local community, can provide Thai-speaking assistance if necessary, trouble shooting any problems, and will provide local information including local amenities, tours, restaurants, clubs etc and access to transportation with private driver if required. Brian will also arrange for airport pickup and return if required.

We purchased the property 4 years ago because of the quiet location, safe neighborhood and distance from, but with easy access to the high density tourist centers of Kata, Kamala and Patong. The property was fully remodeled with high end fixtures between 2014-16 including the exterior walls, landscaping and pool. Brian in particular has lived in Rawai for over 8 years after moving from England, he is very familiar with the local neighborhoods, fell in love with the Rawai community and has no plans to leave. Brian is an experienced property owner, developer and renter with 10-years experience renting in Phuket. The property is ideally located with easy access to local grocery, wet and fish markets, Nai Harn village with art, coffee shops, bars and casual as well as formal dining. Rawai beach also has excellent restaurants on the beach front and a pier with diverse stalls selling freshly caught fish, exotic sea-foods, sea shells, pearls and local artwork etc. Also close by Promthep Cape with shops, mountain bars and restaurants with spectacular views, the Big Buddha, and a little further to bustling Kata and Kamala beaches and tourist centers.

The Villa gives you privacy, quiet and seclusion with exposure to the immediate local more rustic Thai environment such as the daily wet markets on the main road to Rawai Beach, with stalls selling fresh local produce of fish, meats, vegetables at amazing prices. Perfect for home BBQ nights around the pool after cocktails on the patio. Nai Harn village is a decent but do-able and quiet walk from the villas and is great for morning coffee, breakfast and inexpensive (cheap) but great and authentic Thai food lunches and dinner. The villa location also provides for full access by car to the bustling tourist centers of Kata and Kamala so you get the best of both worlds and can experience some of the Thai lifestyle not possible in a Kata/Kamala Hotel. Our villa holiday gives you more freedom and ambiance to relax, chill and wind-down, compared with a tourist center hotel, and provides for 5-star comfort of larger groups at a fraction of equivalent hotel prices.
