The Villa ( 160sq.m. on a 1225sq.m. property) has 1 Master Bedroom (Queen size beds), 3 Queen size bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms and can accommodate up to 9 persons.
The space
The impressive, newly built just “unboxed” Carpe Diem Villas is situated on a privileged hillside overlooking the sea and picturesque “Little Venice” part of the Town of Mykonos.
Carpe Diem Villas is an experience in aesthetics:
A 160 square meters, two-level property, all in white, perched on a hillside with breath-taking, panoramic views over the Aegean Sea boasting a large open plan living area indoors and outdoors and offering privacy and seclusion in a very idyllic spot.

Built In 2017 ,Carpe Diem Villa II is divided into two levels.
The ground level consists of a bright elegant living room and a charmy spacious dining room, both having direct access to the Heated infinity pool area, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious king size room with a fully equipped bathroom and large veranda on the Heated pool area that offers gorgeous view to the sea and the town.
The sumptuous entrance welcome guests with its warm atmosphere and impressive minimal architectural design.
The top level consists of a king size master bedroom with en suite fully equipped bathroom, two (2) queen size bedrooms and another fully equipped bathroom, all of them having magnificent sea and town views.
The property features a large and elegant infinity Heated swimming pool of 30sq m2 ,built with with High quality African Pebble Sheen.
Latters are surrounded by a spacious sun deck setting which includes a large outdoor and pergola shaded lounge area equipped with comfortable sofas with cushions sun beds deck chairs paired with a large dining table which predisposes guests to enjoy a delicious meal or cocktail while watching the majestic sunrise, listening to the sounds of the sea and overlooking Mykonos’s Little Venice.
The excellent landscaped garden is filled with palm trees and a selection of flowers calming the senses and creating a romantic atmosphere of relaxation and wellness.
