This barn conversion is in the village of Mawnan Smith and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.The Stable is a 10 minute drive from the Helford River and Falmouths coastline and beaches. Luxurious, indulgent and romantic, this semi-detached barn conversion is designed for style-conscious couples and families with exceptional interiors, two en-suite bedrooms with Smart TVs, a warming wood burner and a sunny, private patio with garden furniture for relaxing and dining. The open plan living room, combining a kitchen, dining and sitting space with a wood burner, is the hub. An excellent choice for families and pet owners, there is a big garden with a pergola, garden furniture and a barbecue and an outdoor childrens play area complete with a climbing frame shared between the barns.

Region: Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.
Town: Mawnan Smith on the northern banks of the Helford estuary is a great base to explore all of west and central Cornwall. It is a small village with a popular 17th Century 'thatched' pub (the Red Lion), restaurant and shops, also a working forge and craft centre. Developed as a distribution centre for goods and produce for the Lizard Peninsula. With the village acting as a staging post for materials that were to be ferried across the Helford River - to the Lizard Peninsula. The "Old Smithy" has recently been restored by the Anvil Trust, to recreate a working smithy in the village. Mawnan Smith is close to Maenporth Beach and the Helford Estuary ideally situated in a quiet Corner of Cornwall, with Falmouth town centre, Harbour and Attractions nearby.
