Hosting two bedrooms; a double and a single, as well as a family bathroom, this property can sleep up to three people. Inside you will also find a kitchen, utility and a sitting room with a woodburner. To the outside is off road parking and a lawned garden. Resting in a desirable location and close to attractions of interest, 2 The Meadows is a cosy cottage in a refreshing part of England to be enjoyed at any time of the year.

Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freesat and DVD player, WIFI, selection of books, games and DVDs. Cot and highchair available upon request. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for two cars. Lawned enclosed gardens. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub less than a mile away. Note: Dogs must be kept off furniture and off beds. Note: Due to the property being close to the main road, there maybe some associated road noise during busy periods.
Region: The ultimate in year-round appeal, the Peak District offers countryside, picturesque villages and magnificent scenery. It touches upon six counties and encloses 555 square miles of open moorland, flowing rivers, and wooded dales.
Town: The town of Matlock, along with its neighbour, Matlock Bath, has been attracting visitors to the area since the late 17th century. The Matlocks boast a selection of shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as a host of attractions including Gullivers Kingdom and the Peak District Mining Museum. Magnificent views down the gorge can be enjoyed from the cable car which takes visitors up to the Heights of Abraham.
