Villa Marsica A is a welcoming independent house immersed in a splendid landscape, in the heart of a wonderful little town. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Marsica A you will have a nice view of the greenery and of the other buildings. Villa Marsica A is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, two shared patios, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be in the center of Miane, a few steps from restaurants and shops. You will reach Villa Marsica A walking past a small entrance gate and going up approximately six stairway steps.

To stay at Villa Marsica A you will need a car. You will be able to park it nearby, in a parking space. The parking space is suitable for up to two cars.

Villa Marsica A is a wonderful independent house, Villa Marsica D is located in a separate building. Villa Marsica B, Villa Marsica C, Villa Marsica E and Villa Marsica F are part of a detached building, located next to the garden.

Swimming Pool

You will reach the swimming pool from the garden going up approximately five stairway steps. The pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 8 meters (26 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The area is equipped with chairs, a sun umbrella and sun loungers. This area is also equipped with masonry benches. You will share the pool area with guests staying at 5 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from mid-April until the end of September.

Patio 1

The first patio is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with wood benches and with a table and chairs. The patio is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.

Patio 2

The second patio is 12 square meters (130 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic wood roof. It is equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs and with chairs. The patio is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.

Garden

The garden is 900 square meters (9700 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and deck chairs. The garden is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.

Laundry room

You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. You will share the laundry room with the other guests staying at the complex.  Garden

The garden is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an awning. It is equipped with a table and chairs.

Kitchen

The kitchen is paved with wood. The ceiling has white exposed wood beams. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. The kitchen is also equipped with a satellite television (local channels). The kitchen has a window with a view of the garden and of the other buildings.

Bedroom 1 - a suite with en-suite bathroom

This suite is made up by three interconnected rooms: a sleeping area, a sitting area and a bathroom. You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor or from another independent entrance. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). There is a fireplace made of bricks. The furnishings include a bedroom chair and two chairs bed for two guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has two windows with a view of the garden, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.

Bedroom 2

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the garden.

Bedroom 3

You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the garden.

Bathroom

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
