Occupancy Rules:
*Min age to rent any property is 25.
*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 10 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have. There is only sleeping for 8 in beds.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm TO 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.
Parking: 4 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.******* (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are in the rental house.
Enter on the ground level into a bright entryway. A doorway leads to the game room, & a half bathroom.
Cook to your heart's content in the sunny kitchen with granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, bar and table seating. A beautiful living room boasts cathedral ceilings with exposed wood beams, a flat-screen TV, and a gas fireplace set among intricate stonework. Take in the greenery of the mountainside from a wood deck off the living room.
A covered hot tub sits outside the master bedroom on a private deck—indulge, relax, and take in the pines, clear skies, and open air.
Please note this multi level home has many stairs between each and every floor. Parking is very limited, you will only fit 2 cars in the garage & 3 in the driveway. There is no street parking.
