Villa Liodosifis is a traditional stone residence consisting of two buildings that can host up to 8 people. This villa is located in the village of Paidohori in the municipality of Apokoronas and was built at the foot of the White Mountains of Crete. The perfect combination of nature and tranquility. The residence provides the guest with all the amenities and facilities that cope with the needs and ambitions of the most discerning guest. Shall we look closer?

A countryside villa offers quietness and the beauty of nature, with the only noise being harnessed from the birds onto the surrounding. The villa is elegant, comfortable, and full of beautiful stonework and wooden elements. The villa retains its sense of tradition, with an eye toward modern design to keep you in total comfort and luxury. With its architectural supremacy, the villa is aligning perfectly with the natural environment. The villa is two-storied, with a plot size of 500sqm and a property size of 130sqm. Consists of two buildings at the edges of the complex and have four bedrooms, while in the middle building, there is a single room and a kitchen. The ground floor has a room ideal for children as it has a sofa bed while the ensuite bathroom is equipped with a shower. The first floor is equipped with twin single beds and high-quality Coco-Mat mattresses that can be converted into double beds.

The residence is embellished with an elegant and modern selection of furniture and antique pieces that fuse well with the stone-faced walls and natural earthy palette. Outdoor facilities
The exterior area allows you to enjoy an incredible view from the verandas, the first located on the ground floor, the second one on the top of the open-plan lounge building, and the third which is high above the first building. On the ground floor, there is a BBQ, a large monastery table, a swimming pool with a Jacuzzi, and panoramic views from the White Mountains up to Sea. The private swimming pool 20sqm.and depth of 1,40m, offers moments of relaxation under the sounds of running water, whether you are splashing around the pool or relaxing on the sun loungers. The pool can be heated at an additional cost.
The location and the lush of Liodosifis Mansion are rich in olive groves and vineyards. This magical location offers tranquility and serenity, prompting guests to take a walk while listening to the sounds of sheep, birds, and goats that roam freely.
From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 10€ per night/villa from March to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to February. This fee will be paid upon your arrival in cash.
