This unique and impressive villa is situated on the hillside just outside village of Litsarda, in the Apokoronas district, on a private 3000 sq. meters plot. Its privileged location is ideal for everyone who is seeking relaxing holidays, combined with high levels of privacy and luxury. With its contemporary interior and highly practical and generously proportioned exterior space, the villa is willing to fulfill all your desired for relaxing and luxury vacations.
The house can accommodate up to 8 guests. This delightful, well maintained and decorated 2 level house of 190 m2 has 4 bedrooms, 2 en suite bathrooms, 1 shared bathroom and a toilet.
As you enter the house on your left, there is a fully equipped kitchen, with all the necessary home appliances such as oven, cooker, dishwasher, big fridge/ freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. There is a full set of cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware.
On your left there is a spacious living room/dining room with LCD HD TV set with satellite, furniture, lighting and decoration of the highest standard and specially selected to create an atmosphere of intimacy and familiarity for moments of warmth and relaxation.
Leading through the living room brings you to the superior double bedroom with bathroom. Next to this bedroom there is another one which has two single beds. On the ground floor there is also a toilet next to the bedrooms and the living room.
From here a stair brings you into the upper level's two en-suite double bedrooms, each one with private terrace of 30 m2.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans and are equipped by brand-new quality mattresses, providing maximum comfort. There is also a safe box, keeping your valuables secure.
Villa Agave is equipped with a video surveillance system of the common external parts for security reasons. Art. 13 General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data EU 2016/679.
