Nice apartment in a two-family villa about 2 km away from Bardolino, in a hilly position with a wonderful lake view, surrounded by greenery in a fenced property park (6,000 meters of olive grove, fruit trees). On the ground floor there is a living room with large French windows that open onto a large terrace facing the lake on one side and the garden for guests' private use and the park on the other. In the living room there is a dining area with a table for 10 people and a living room with sofas by the fireplace and TV. The restaurant is also equipped with a stube. In the living area there is also a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Also on the ground floor, in the sleeping area, there are two double bedrooms, a room with two single beds and a bathroom with tub and shower. The living room leads through an open staircase to the upper floor where there is a double bedroom, a room with two single beds and a bathroom with shower; the rooms overlook a small terrace overlooking the countryside. Bardolino can also be reached on foot via various scenic routes. The house is an excellent starting point for visiting the main towns of Lake Garda with its amusement parks and an ideal place for walkers and for those who want to enjoy the breathtaking views of the lake in peace. Possibility to practice trekking on the Baldo, to practice water sports in the vicinity and to walk the numerous cycle paths with the moutainbikes made available by the property. The location of the accommodation location follows the separate collection program.
